En cas d'accident, vous devez contacter l'assistance HERTZ en composant le +33 1 30 440 441 (numéro est exclusivement réservé aux cas de pannes et d'accident) sur votre smartphone.
Si vous êtes victime d'un accident nécessitant une ambulance, les services incendie ou la police appelez en priorité le 112
Si vous êtes sur une autoroute appelez obligatoirement depuis les bornes d'appel orange en bord d’autoroute, soyez très vigilants en sortant du véhicule et utilisez votre gilet fluorescent disponible dans le véhicule.
De plus, conformément aux conditions générales de location, vous ètes tenu de coopérer avec nous :
- Vous devrez notamment informer l’agence de départ en appelant les numéros figurant sur votre Contrat de Location
- Signaler l’accident à la police dans les plus brefs délais si quelqu’un a été blessé ou s’il y a des dégâts matériels.
- Remplir le constat amiable (qui se trouve dans le véhicule ou que vous pouvez obtenir sur simple demande)
- Relevez simplement le nom et l’adresse de toute personne impliquée dans l’accident, y compris ceux des éventuels témoins, et recueillez les informations demandées sur le constat/déclaration d’accident.
- Le signer
- Le communiquer par mail à l’adresse ci-dessous (photo lisible)
- et déposer l'original à l’agence Hertz de départ ou l'envoyer par courrier :

Si vous ne vous conformez pas à ces instructions, les garanties optionnelles dont vous pourriez vous prévaloir pourront être frappées de nullités.
